If you could deal with a law firm that offered you objective, common sense advice with sympathetic personal support, wouldn’t that be the kind of law firm you’d choose?

Of course you would.  Our Family Team understands all the complexities of family matters and how they affect any children you may have, so our advice is tailor-made to fit all your individual requirements.

Using tact and diplomacy, we take the time to listen to you and understand your unique circumstances, handling your case with sensitivity and care.  We will explain your options clearly and concisely and then work hard to provide the best outcome for you, as smoothly and speedily as possible.

As well as being members of Resolution, First for Family Law, and the Law Society Children Panel Accreditation, we are authorised to provide Legal Aid, for which we are committed to supporting.  You have peace of mind that we have the experience to guide you through life’s most challenging situations.

You can view the Resolution short film "Top Tips for Separating Parents" here.

Testimonials

What you think...

"Divorce can be a very frustrating, emotionally driven and long process, so under these circumstances so regular correspondence on progress was really valued. Sarah always responded to telephone and emails in a very timely manner."

Ms Burgess

Teignmouth

"I would like to thank Linda Case for her excellent communication skills and support. I would also wish to thank Pennie Lennon for her insight, analysis and support through this case."

Anon

"All communication was professional, efficient and helpful.  Totally confident that you understand the remit you work in. I worked with Pennie Lennon on a case which I took on in the latter part of the proceedings. Pennie, whilst up to speed herself on the complex nature of the case, recognised my need to do the same and was child focused throughout."

CAFCASS

Children and Family Court Advisory & Support Service

"It has been a pleasure working with you. I always find you and Linda extremely helpful and responsive. As we both know, communication is key and without it, things can unravel very quickly."
