At Scott Richards, we deal sensitively with all matters of child protection, keeping each child’s interests at heart.  Our Family Team is well respected and highly experienced in working closely with Social Services and dealing with their procedures, which can seem very frightening to those involved; we offer clarification and practical advice about decisions and how they may affect any future proceedings.

We regularly represent both children and parents in resolving difficult situations such as where a child should live, how much time a parent should have with their child, how much maintenance should be paid and even changing the name of a child.

With Children Law accreditation, our level of expertise is recognised by the Law Society.
