| Paul is the senior Partner here at Scott Richards having joined the firm in 1988. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Law from Sheffield University before completing his professional exams at the College of Law in Chester, qualifying in 1986.As the Head of the Property Department he oversees both the residential conveyancing side of the business and commercial business transactions. Paul is a member of both the Law Society’s Property Section and Management Section. He is also presently the Junior Vice President of the Devon & Somerset Law Society, taking on the position of President in April 2013.At home Paul is a keen participator and spectator of sport, particularly football. He also enjoys reading and a variety of different kinds of music. |
