We try and bring swift and positive conclusions to all, especially children. We also offer Legal Aid for cases that meet the criteria and offer free consultations to define whether you are eligible to receive Legal Aid. We can advise on eligibility for Legal Aid – pop into our Teignmouth office to discuss this with us.

We are members of the Resolution: First for Family Law and fully endorse and follow its code of practice. We are committed to dealing with family issues in a way which encourages conciliation, positivity of the results.

We are proud to hold a Law Society Children Panel Accreditation which shows that we are specialist with many years of working in children law.  We are regularly assessed by the Law Society and are able to represent children as clients in their own right.

Legal Services Quality Mark: We have been assessed and are now recognised by the Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid Board) as specialist advisers able to offer legal aid to deal with family issues including those matters involving Social Services.
